  Amazing place to get boba especially if you love brown sugar milk tea like me!! This location is one of the many branches in San Jose of Fantasia Coffee & Tea. They also sell a variety of coffees, teas, and small snacks like macaroons and assorted cookies.
  
  DRINKS:
  Ordered a creme brûlée milk tea and a Muddy Okinawa Fresh Milk with boba. I could not taste the creme brûlée at all, it tasted like a regular milk tea. The muddy Okinawa fresh milk with boba however was so good. The taste of the oreos and brown sugar together was not so sweet that it was overbearing, it was the right amount of sweet at 100% sugar. The boba pearls were soft, sweet, chewy, and tasted just like brown sugar boba should taste. I do recommend mixing all the components together so that you don't taste only sugary milk.
  
  PRICE:
  They only accept card for transactions over $7, which equals about two drinks, so be prepared to bring cash if you don't want to buy two drinks.
  The price for a drink is about $4-5. Special combo drinks like the the Muddy Okinawa being on the more expensive side and the regular fusion teas being on the lower side. But overall the price is pretty average for your typical boba place.
  
  SERVICE:
  Friendly and good service. Cashier was patient and waited for us to decide on a drink. Drinks came out in under 5 minutes. There is also a 5 star reward system so you can just punch in your phone number.
  
  LOCATION / AMBIANCE:
  This place is very clean, and smelled nice upon entering. There were plenty of places to sit. There was no line when I came around 5 on a weekday. Parking can be a struggle since this plaza gets busy. Happy Lemon and Ume Tea are also in the same plaza!

  Was looking for Boba and stumbled upon this place hidden in the back of this complex.
  
  We ordered two lychee frosties. I told the cashier that I wanted them split into two cups so she suggested I order a large for the three kids.  When we got the drinks they were like super sized. Omg!!!!  Kids loved it and we tasted the kids drink and they were delicious.
  
  I also ordered the jasmine milk tea and almond milk tea.m (standard). It was fine.  I've had better almond milk teas but we went here since the other pearl place had lemon in it and the kids don't like it.
  
  There is a big sitting area with individual tables to sit. The wait for our drinks was a bit long since I saw the dude fumble with making the drinks. Overall I'm happy to know of a boba place at this complex.

  I love coming here as their boba and drinks are delicious. They make them sweet and have many different flavors to try. They make their boba with high quality. I love drinking boba that is less watery and more of the actual flavor and drink. There are lots of boba places in Cupertino and I think this is one of the better ones in the area.

  Interesting take on a popular drink! Albeit a little on the pricey side, these drinks are creative and fun!
  
  Drink-wise, a 4/5. Very interesting flavors, especially fruity flavors. I ordered one of the seasonal specials, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The add-ons included more than pearls, and were a nice surprise.
  
  Service-wise, an excellent 5/5. No complaints here!
  
  Ambiance-wise, a clean 3.5/5. While there is decent seating, the area tends to be a bit dim. However, still a great place to hang with friends or coworkers!
